Currently about 145lbs 13-15% Body Fat at the moment, really just want to hop on something that isn't absolute going to destroy my body but provides a decent amount of muscle gain. I really wouldn't mind having to be on them for a decent amount of time but would like to quit them eventually and still retain a good amount of the muscle gained. Anyone have any good suggestions that I can research on, I know some of you got some ball knowledge

Appreciate it, and yea I guess I have a crazy metabolism I eat a lot yet don't gain much weight at all, but when I wrote that I was like jeez man I'm deadass 145lbs

You need to eat more food, its not your metabolism, you simply aren't eating as much as you think you are.

Download the app chronometer, weigh your food, eat 3000+ kcal daily

id say run test 400mg a week if you actually wanna grow
ok heard nothing but good things about test tbh how long would you cycle on/off or does it just depend? Just don't want to grape my test levels since I'm 19
