Back feels like it stands up straighter and I’m also measuring ~0.5” taller at night. I’m 20 yo so very likely to be bone growth but it’s something interesting I noticed

Maybe it’s water retention who knows but idk that makes your back feel straighter

It’s weird bc I already take glucosamine so I thought my spinal discs were already saturated

eventho wingspan did grow a lil bit (0,25 in) so it's might aswell could've been a true height growth.. btw my base stack is quite like yours, i will try and check this out (concerning the water retention thing)

Could it not be from the muscles getting more/higher hypertrophy causing you to stand up straighter? I remember asking ChatGPT about using steroids to correct my scoliosis and it said it could help.

Could be yeah as my back feels more supported but my neck posture still isn’t amazing because I don’t train neck. Though it has improved
