Is there anything as potent for leanmaxxing as roids are for bloatmaxxing?
Leanmaxxing is fucking legit. I was like 8% bf last year and was getting constant IOIs from 8s and 9s
I’ve found several things integral to leanmaxxing;
Keto. Fuck off vegan shills. Keto is the only way to get seriously lean unless you’re gifted with good insulin genetics and healthy microbiome. If I eat an apple I bloat up.
No caffeine. Cortisol is a motherfucker if you’re trying to get lean. I can get down to 11-12% bf while riding the coffee train but I can’t go lower unless I cut that shit out.
Nicotine. Shit gets you lean but destroys your skin. Fahrk
Lax on gymcelling. Sounds counter-intuitive but it all goes back to cortisol. Too much gym= cortisol spikes especially if you’re not resting.
Having feed days. I was in a severe deficit most days but having refeed days (without carbs) is good from a hormonal standpoint.
Should I SARMmaxx?
I think I’m gonna run Mk-677, modafinil, and cabergoline this time around. Thoughts?
