Okay so honestly, I see a whole lot of people everywhere telling teenagers to hop on roids(Mk-677, HGH, testosterone) to get taller, broader, more bone mass, while it is so much effective than normal levels, teenagers get brainwashed easily, most people look at the good sides while not considering what would happen if they took it and their downsides, like c'mon, If you took HGH for a whole while and I know for sure some stupid ahh teenage boys think that this is good until he hit growth plates, this would get him taller, but at what cost? His natural HGH production, his pituitary gland would weaken slowly, your body is responding to the dosage of HGH from outside as a substitute for the HGH natural levels your body is producing, what the problem with that? Your brain will send signals to your pituitary gland to slow HGH production and reduce the dose naturally produced because there is an outside source of HGH, If you cut HGH that you'll be Fucked, literally, you'll have weak muscle mass, weak ahh bones, even affecting your daily life, you'll become weak asf, same thing for Testostrone, your brain would send signals to your Testicles telling them there is an outside dosage and they should reduce the amount of testostrone they produce and by time it would reduce even to NOTHING, then when you cut off testostrone, you'll be severely fucked, very weak muscles mass, affected bone mass, less masculinity, hair fall, and even causing you to be infertile. These are just parts of the downsides and there is a whole lot more than that, you shouldn't take roids unless you have garbage shit-level genetics.

So many ways to prevent everything it's ur fault if u dont make a good plan for fertility and PCT after cycle

It’s 2025. If you’re not a retard you can use steroids and peptides without fucking up your natural hormones

Here are evidence-backed facts:

1. Steroids suppress your natural HPT axis—there’s no avoiding it

Exogenous anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS) shut down your hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular (HPT) axis through negative feedback—lowers GnRH → less LH & FSH → testicular shutdown and suppressed testosterone. Even short cycles cause this .

2. Recovery is possible, but comes with caveats

A 2023 study of 613 men found that post-cycle therapy (PCT)—using HCG, SERMs (like Clomid/Nolvadex), and aromatase inhibitors—helped 48% recover normal hormone levels within ~13 weeks, compared to 38% without PCT (~19 weeks) .

However, PCT isn't foolproof. According to steroid.com, there is no protocol that restores hormones fully to pre-cycle baseline, especially after heavy or prolonged cycles .

Real-world reports confirm PCT may fail. Some long-term users only recovered partially and needed lifelong TRT .

3. PCT speeds things up—but can't erase the damage entirely

The most common PCT stack involves HCG + SERMs + aromatase inhibitors, over 4–6 weeks .

Reddit and clinical reports suggest PCT reduces symptoms like low libido, fatigue, and depression by ~50–60% .

Still, full recovery can take months, sometimes up to a year, depending on steroid type, dose, cycle length, and genetics.

ClaimReality

Suppression impossibleAbsolutely true—AAS always shut down your natural axis.
PCT makes you whole againFalse shortcut—helps, but no full guarantee.
Quick recovery in weeksRarely—often takes many months, sometimes >1 year.

You cannot take steroids without disrupting your HPT axis. Ever.

PCT can accelerate recovery and reduce symptoms, but even then, there's no guarantee your natural hormones or fertility will fully return.

The longer/heavier the cycle, the more likely you'll sustain permanent damage or need lifelong TRT.

If you care about your natural hormone health—don’t use steroids. That’s the only 100% safe way.

Everything u said correct but lacks context. Yes roids will suppress the HPTA no one is denying that but suppression ≠ irreversible shutdown suppression is expected and it's also manageable especially if u do it all right and don't jump onto 1g of test with no bloodwork no idea what ur doing. The 48% that recovered with PCT did they document how much gear they ran and for how long? Did they run support or actually know what their doing if not then there's ur answer on why they didn't recover.

HGH and mk aren’t roids btw.
If you took HGH for a whole while and I know for sure some stupid ahh teenage boys think that this is good until he hit growth plates, this would get him taller, but at what cost? :feelskek:
Endogenous HGH temporarily suppress the pituitary. So, your endogenous GH will come back to normal very quick after you stop.
same thing for Testostrone, your brain would send signals to your Testicles telling them there is an outside dosage and they should reduce the amount of testostrone they produce and by time it would reduce even to NOTHING, then when you cut off testostrone, you'll be severely fucked, very weak muscles mass, affected bone mass, less masculinity, hair fall, and even causing you to be infertile.
yeah so about that… as long as you don’t abuse test, your balls and natural test will be reactivated fine. Read this study @chadbeingmade showed me-
So the chances are very low to not recover from natural test suppression (11%).
For the sprem suppression (34% didn’t recovered)- HCG, HMG.
and PCT is always an option if you’re not a good responder.
And for the hair part- dut and RU.

you shouldn't take roids unless you have garbage shit-level genetics.
You def should tbh.
