Need advice on looks maxing. I'm pretty bloated with high bf% at the moment due to a medication I was on, but I'm working on losing weight and getting to ~10-12% bf. I'm also going to grow out my hair (it's naturally wavy).

Your jaw results are looking better here IMO. But your chin still looks too tall from the side profile, something looks uncanny.

The eye area could use Canthoplasty + some infras, there is some dark circles with a droopy lower eyelid.

You could also use some supras because the supraorbital support isn't the best.

And yeah lose weight.

The scar is still elevated, and there is still a lot of swelling at the incision site and around the chin. The swelling is getting better though, and final results should be around another 7 weeks. I got IOR implants with the cheeks. I'm considering canthplasty and fat injections for UEE in the future

I'm asking for advice for face, not hair. I know I look better with long hair especially because my hairline is shit. Cutting it short helps me to hydrate my scalp and get products in better.

I never had dark circles, even prior to surgery. I sleep great. I think it's just bruising as my cheeks are pretty bruised up too. I know, I'm off the meds now, so it won't be hard for me to lose the weight. I'm already down 5 pounds. 20 more to go. I've been balding since I was 14. I used minoxidil, biotin, nizarol, dera roller, etc. which helped slow it down, but my hairline still receeded quite a bit. When I turned 18, I started finnasterids which completely stopped my hair loss although I am not able to get back the hair I lost even in the thinner areas. I'm planning on getting hairline advancement surgery in the future to bring down my natural hairline and cover the scar with a transplant.

Yeah cantho is really risky, it can ascend an eye area dramatically but it can also make you look uncanny for life.

I'd keep it at the tail end of the hardmaxxes. If you are still unsatisfied after genuinely trying IRL, then I would go for it.

You have good lashes and I wouldn't worry about touching your canthal tilt with canthoplasty (personally I feel canthal tilt is a joke and most canthoplasties look kind of uncanny), but your UEE is pretty bad, I'd consider fat grafts to the area.
