Go to Orthodontist, watch JawHacks To learn about possible treatments so doc won’t fuck u up

Generally people shouldn’t get braces without proper expansion of palate with MSE for example since brace literal push teeth back instead of letting them come forward and with them the maxilla etc

If Orthodontist approves do MSE with Facepulling Headgear at night
He might not approve because there is no one that does expansion of lower jaw (mandible) with MSDO so u might do MSE and the ur upper teeth are to wide for lower teeth and you are fucked.

In conclusion go to ortho watch JawHacks and hopefully have ortho approve MSE with Facepulling Headgear
