ROPEMAXX HEIGHTMAXXING
Method that many think is a meme, but has promising results, works best for people til ~23 since your spinal cords aren't yet closed, so zoomer looksmaxxers you'd better not ignore this.
This method is extremely gatekeeped by the 1% of terramoggers.
People with tall stature also have long necks which adds to their frame, next to your average manlet, jfl.
Many people think they are decompressing their spine by doing dead hangs, however Cervical Disks of your spine will get ignored when you dead hang.
Here's my ropemaxxing setup by a pullup bar,
Do this every morning while you're spine is maximally decompressed.
Start with
-30 seconds x3
For more advanced people
-45 seconds x3
For extreme results you should hang completely without leg supports, for up to a minute, this works extremely well.
