Round/fat face ; skinny body

I’m 6’0 and 151 lbs so I’m already a skelly. I can even see my ribcage a bit but no abs for whatever reason. Anyway I’m on a cut for the next 2 months. If I lose a decent amount of weight and my face is still round then either

A.) does that mean I should inject a fat dissolver into my face (lipolab, aqualyx, lemonbottle,)

B.) or does that mean it’s just thick skin/cartilage and I’m just boneless?
