Is this a good routine to ascend?
MORNING ROUTINE:
In order after waking up.
NIGHT ROUTINE.
SLEEP MAXING. Wear blue light glasses past 7 pm, mouth tape and make sure room is cold and dark
I am 15 and 5’5 growth plates wide open. I lift 5-6 days a week and truly want to ascend and will do anything. Please don’t flame since I am new just leave recommendations and tips
MORNING ROUTINE:
In order after waking up.
- Shower and cleanse face with cold water on face
- Do hygiene routine with lotion, body oil, and deodorant
- Niacinimide after face dries
- Wait, then apply moisturizer
- Under eye balm
- Tinted moisturizer
- Aquaphor on lips
- Curl eyelashes
- Spray cologne
- Do hair
- Eyebrow pen
- Eat banana and drink water
NIGHT ROUTINE.
- Shower and cleanse face
- Lash serum on brows and eye lashes
- Normal moisturizer
- Brush teeth and aquaphor (exfoliate lips occasionally)
- 10 neck curls and 10 chin tucks
- Take 3 fish oils, 2 astaxanthin, 1 vitamin d3+k2, 4 vitamin C, creatine, 1 calcium+vitamin D
