Health insurance got me with palatal expansion (with braces after) and basically a free septoplasty, might be what it takes to get me to htn territory (if i lose enough bf by then and maybe improve misc a bit). I can‘t give out any exact informations right now, for example i need to look at my options with braces depending on how expansion goes.
My septoplasty was originally planned to be delayed up to my 18-19 birthday, incase of my deviated septum reappearing, however i think that after palatal expansion, that risk drops severely and i can do it before 17 even.
Might even add on another surgery for a discount to my septoplasty. I discussed this plan with my doctors and they‘re optimistic to trying it out, if the circumstances allow it.
