RTT is very uk centric, I hardly see it outside the UK, to much lesser extent, but it does exist in usa, Australia, Spain, Brazil.

Even at that it's largely a byproduct of gfc and eurozone crisis - after that whole generations of men realised accomplishments to increase status were just impossible. So RTT became the thing cos anyone can do it.

This is why I'd NEVER let my gf come to uk
