For RU it is better to buy the powder and mix it yourself. Long term it is way cheaper and also fresh made batches will be more stable than a 50ml pre-made solution.

So you order the powder and then ethanol+PG from amazon and make a fresh batch every 1-2 weeks.
Store the powder in the freezer.

Thats how you make the best out of RU. If ur lazy and don’t care about money, stability just buy the pre-made solution

Obv 8% is stronger. But for 99% of RU users it will make no difference in terms of regrowing and maintaining hair. 5% will be enough
But going to 8% will not harm you
