usually you have minox+derma+fin at its core, youre young, so reading yourself into "ru58841" might worth a try tbh

If you're 17 and have a small dick its not gonna grow much more after that age tbh unless you're a super late bloomer. You can expect 1-2 cm at most after 17

People still experience hormonal changes into their 20s. Puberty is js sexual maturity, not complete development. Give urself some time

Yeah sort off just google penis growth chart and you will see most of the penile growth tapers off after the age of 16-18. Sure some people grow until 21 and beyond but usually most people won't see any significant changes after the Age of 18 unless you're a late bloomer but yeah unless you're balding heavy taking a 5AR at 17 is probably not the best thing to do if you want to play it safe waiting until you're like 20 is probably ideal if it's possible

just get mino oral/ topical from a doctor script, then maybe fina/duta, if u a richcell then ky is better than all of these.
