The pseudohermaphrodites she studied, despite being congenitally 5AR deficient, eventually weren't sexually dimorphically distinguishable from normal individuals after puberty. Proving that T is the main factor in the development of male secondary sexual characteristics, such as increased muscle and bone mass, deepening of the voice, and growth of facial and body hair.

It's stronger because in addition to blocking type II 5AR, it also blocks type I. Fin caps at 70% serum DHT reduction (at any dose higher than 0.5-1mg). Dut reduces serum DHT by 90-96% at 0.5-2.5mg. To my knowledge side effect rate is the same or (paradoxically) less, based on the most recent data
