perma teencel for hair?
DHT is a paracrine hormone and exists only in skin, hair and prostate. nothing in your bones will change, or maybe positively it will because you will experience slight T boost since it wont be converted to DHT

u know ur stuff about hairloss thoughts on these guys who saw bone loss and feminisation effects. Let alone them already being fully matured what about a pre 25 year old. And why do u say after 21? check these guys face changes tho:

Lens distortion & lighting.

Rat and mice studies do not necessarily extrapolate/translate to humans because of different enzyme distribution and activity across species. For ex, finasteride inhibits both type I and II with high affinity in mice, while it only strongly inhibits the type II iso-enzyme in humans (it inhibits type I and III as well, but with very low affinity to the point of no biological effect).

Why 21? Unless you're a 1 in a 100 million outlier in the male population, you're most likely fully matured by then.

so u dont know what ur talking about, dht is also in liver, genitals, brain etc. also my doctor said i shouldn't take it as its a test blocker as dht is active form of test and responsible for male characteristics so don't want to inhibit it

okay thank you bro where do u get all ur knowledge from. And what do u think of multiple doctors telling me i should not take fin as it inhibits the 'active form of testosterone' which is responsible for all male characteristics... more than one has said this.

also henry cavill and David ghandy and well, everyone looks different and more masculine from age 21 to say 25, DHT inhibition will or wont have an affect on this. I do not want to perma teencel

wow u want a cookie retard? what does it matter if its present there if it has no effect on them and genitals only in early puberty
also my doctor said i shouldn't take it as its a test blocker as dht is active form of test
lmao idk if its troll or not but if u or ur doctor think DHT as an active form of test u need legit brain surgery. it has literally no uses that testosterone does what so fucking ever

doctors are not all knowing and most of them have outdated knowledge from 1980. wait till u find out most of them were cheating on exams and know jack shit

Background in pharmaceutical sciences. When DYOR always be highly skeptical of 1) rodent studies 2) low no. citations 3) published in journals with low impact factor. I think you're one of the more intelligent younger guys on here btw. Because you're asking very valid questions, and being pro-active about aging at such a young age already.

This unironically lol. McGinley even proved this in the 70s when she first discovered the causal link between DHT and balding. The pseudohermaphrodites she studied, despite being congenitally 5AR deficient, eventually weren't sexually dimorphically distinguishable from normal individuals after puberty. Proving that T is the main factor in the development of male secondary sexual characteristics, such as increased muscle and bone mass, deepening of the voice, and growth of facial and body hair.

Isn't it stronger and the sides are apparently the same, if not slightly worse..
Not aggressively balding, but experiencing MPB from 21

What missed changes will be affected by using Finasteride, from 22-25?
Will they be significant?

It's stronger because in addition to blocking type II 5AR, it also blocks type I. Fin caps at 70% serum DHT reduction (at any dose higher than 0.5-1mg). Dut reduces serum DHT by 90-96% at 0.5-2.5mg. To my knowledge side effect rate is the same or (paradoxically) less, based on the most recent data
Will they be significant?
"Statistically", yes. https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamadermatology/article-abstract/2788258

the greatest increase in total hair count at the first time point was observed with the daily 0.5 mg dose of dutasteride. This drug and dose bested the daily 1 mg of finasteride by a mean difference of 7.1 hairs per cm2 (95% CI, 5.1-9.3)

i said how could a doctor be SO wrong not just wrong. But especially when its multiple doctors but still possible then i guess

the entire medical industry is completely wrong about many things
