Not as high impact as running and still works your cardio 10x faster than normal walking

Plus it's way funner than gymcelling, you can do it almost anywhere

Stairmaster is pretty close though

Imo i need to work on my upper body tbh,my legs have been getting a good amount of exercise daily so i need to match to have a proportionate build

ive not been going gym as recent tbh,mostly because i dont feel like it + i have mocks comin up so i need to revise n stuff
