How do I keep up with forum news?

What is reputation?- Reputation appears under your username.
- Each like or positive reaction (except “Anger”) gives you +1 reputation.
- The more helpful your posts, the higher your rep.
What are trophies?- Trophies are badges you earn by completing milestones on the forum.
- They don’t provide perks but are visible for flair.
How do I change the site theme?- Click the theme button in the bottom-left corner of the site.
When can I send PMs or vote in polls?- These features unlock automatically once you become active.
- This is a spam-prevention measure — please be patient.
How do ranks work?- Every 500 posts unlocks a new rank.
- Each rank also requires an additional week of registration time.
- Spamming to skip ranks won’t work — the system auto-checks for abuse.

How do I change my tag, privacy settings, or alerts?- Go to your Preferences page from your user profile.
Can I ignore a user?- Yes. Click their username and then click “Ignore.”
Can I edit or delete my posts and threads?- You have a 4-hour window to edit/delete posts.
- You have a 4-hour window to edit threads — but cannot delete them.
- VIP users can delete rating threads and their images.
- You may request post removal from mods, but mass deletion is not allowed.
Can I change my username?- Yes, if you upgrade your account. Learn how
- Creating a new account for a new name is not allowed.
Can I delete my account?- Yes. Visit: Account Deletion Thread
- For temporary breaks (like to study), you can request a voluntary ban.
I deleted my account. Can I make a new one?- Yes, but not immediately. See: Policy on Deleted Accounts
Can I delete private messages?- Yes — but only if all participants in the conversation leave.
- Use the “Leave” button in the conversation options.
- Moderators cannot delete PMs for you.
How do I get alerts from a thread?- Click the “Watch” button at the top right of a thread.
- You can also auto-watch threads after posting via your Preferences.
How do warnings work?- Warnings stay on your profile for 1 month by default (can be longer at mod discretion).
- Each active warning adds to your total:
- 60% = 1-day temporary ban
- +10% = +1 day added
- 100% = permanent ban
- You can calculate your total from the %s shown in warning PMs.
How can I stay safe online?- Don’t post personal info (real name, phone, email, pictures, etc).
- Use a VPN for added privacy.
- Never post illegal content.
- Avoid linking your real identity to your forum activity.
Why was X user warned or banned?- Warnings and bans are private.
- Staff will not publicly share the reason.
- You may privately message the user in question and ask them yourself.
