is running way more effective than walking?Do what you like for cardiovascular activity, as long as you're relatively lean and you feel healthy it doesn't matter, running, walking, swimming, etc
Depends on the light of the question, but my personal interpretation of your question is to speak about strain on the body, as such I'd argue that walking is higher in efficacy given you'll put less strain on your tendons, muscles and bones and more often than not be capable of doing it more often, though running can burn more energy and promote greater blood flow it's difficult to be consistent with something so difficult subconsciously evenis running way more effective than walking?
Depends on what your goal is, cardio above your zone 2 heart rate will increase cortisol. If you’re on an aggressive deficit this is not good, as you want to control your cortisol in order to make sure you are recovering properly. In this case walking will be infinitely better than running, as the extra calories one will burn running a mile, compared to walking, is negligible and not worth the extra effort.what should i do for my cardio? should i go for walks or runs ive heard that running will stress my body but idk what that means![]()

yeah im thinking about getting a treadmill since i live in a bad spot and theres no where to walk/runIncline walking is goated. I have a treadmill at my home which goes up to a whopping 40% incline. In 30 minutes of doing this ive burned 1000 calories. This made my cut super easy. Went from 20-10% body fat in just 1 month doing this
If u can get a treadmill with a 40% incline. At first I did running. But too taxing and burns leas calories than incline walking. While walking at 40% incline is tough its manageable, and you dont need to walk the whole 30 minutes at once. I split it up Into 2 15 minutes sessions.yeah im thinking about getting a treadmill since i live in a bad spot and theres no where to walk/run
how much did you pay for it. these look expensiveIf u can get a treadmill with a 40% incline. At first I did running. But too taxing and burns leas calories than incline walking. 1 hour running ≈ 2 hours walking u can think like that. Just choose which one u prefer.is running way more effective than walking?
I paid 1000 dollars for it. Expensive sure but totally worth the money as going from 20 to 10% bodyfat has been game changing for my mental and physical health.how much did you pay for it. these look expensive
