What ancillaries do I take im prob gna do the eydrops or wtv but what else do I take

start with 3 then gradually dose up to 6 if you see no sides under a month then you gonna need ancillaries

you could take daily or every 2 days if u want, the effect wont be much more different; roughly 75-80% of the dose would still be in the body. this would save you money too since ur only taking a tablet every 2 days.
