Tried to pick it up again today dont know why but it was fun. Dont really get the hate for it on these forums

Fax nigga, people just have too much pride to run slow and trip over their own feet trying to maintain their zone 5 heart rate pace. Even if you’re jogging 15 minute miles it’s good for building that base, it doesn’t have to feel like torture.

Pop it in the morning, if sleep is that bad then take 5mg melatonin, I had a lil trouble falling asleep but I woke up feeling more energized than usual

Do 60-120’s, it gets shilled a lot by HIIT ppl, 60 sec sprint 120 sec rest/walk

In terms of calorie burn yes but not in terms of enjoyment, aerobic health or lowering LDL
running is not enjoyable at all, you’re just running off of stress hormones

aerobic health can be gained from liss very easily and lowering ldl is attained mainly through diet and does not need to be cared for past diet

Download a run app, I use the asics one and I can actually see seconds getting shaved off of my times every time I run.

Yeah my gym got a run club and all the hot fitness influencers are part of it. Not like im gonna approach or anything

Download a run app, I use the asics one and I can actually see seconds getting shaved off of my times every time I run.
I got strava and i looked up on tiktok im supposed to do one interval session one tempo run and one long run a week, Atleast to decrease my 5k time. Im Starting off at 25.36 with 80m elevation so i hope i can get below 20 before i do mandatory military service
