I have flakes all overy scalp and eyebrows. Is there anything that could help me? Nizoral doesn't help and I'm wondering if accutane has any benefits in this regard. Thanks!

accutane would have arguabbly worse effect. Due to it drying your skin out and nuking your oil production. Just check with a doctor first

I have had only dandruff and slight irritation for years. Do you know how I can permanently heal it or lower the effects of it?

fym nizoral doesn't work. it definitely works you just need to use it consistently for a couple months

fym nizoral doesn't work. it definitely works you just need to use it consistently for a couple months

For me after the first 2 months it stopped having any significant effects

No its a topical cream, although it only calms flares and doesnt stop the underlying condition. It works for me though, i use it 3-4 times in bakc to back days wheneve rmy seb derm goes crazy

Eat lots of fish,meat and animal fats and use zink pyrithione shampoo and do coconut oil massage for 15-30 minutes every other day (avoid sugar and hydrate well)

First try applying desonide 0.05% cream. Don't stop using your shampoo for now.

If didn't work, go for an oral anti fungal like itraconazole 200mg. You'll be on it for around a week and it will fix the root cause. This treatment can also be repeated monthly, if needed.
