There are only NEW and OLD formulations of isotretinoin. The rest do not differ from brands because whether its old or new they're all made by Hoffmann-LaRoche. So all OLD versions are the same regardless of what country it's coming from. All pills require lab testing to even be distributed to make sure that they are all effectively the same. If they failed they are not distributed.
