Safe products for nose reduction

I saw a post saying that hydrocortisone can help reduce nose size, but as someone who’s had eczema my whole life and used hydrocortisone, I got a different cream supposed to 5x stronger than hydro, triamicinolone acetonide is what it’s called. just wondering if anyone has used it before and if it’s safe to do so

do you have any acne you could drop your skincare for the most part and hop on Accutane would help with both issues at once or are you already on it but anyways everyone here is just gonna tell you a random chinese drug or surgery so good luck

nah i’d say i got pretty clear skin but the bulb of my nose i feel is too big
