Planning on doing one meal a day diet for a prolonged period of time. Maybe like 800-1000 cals a day. Possibly for a month or more. Im likely around 20+% bf and done growing (height wise). Been eating very clean, I get lots of protein. Mainly concerned with issues in bone density, affecting work outs, and facial bone development. Not gonna do reta or any other pharmaceuticals.
 
if ur fat then yea but 1k cals isnt starvemaxxing

get on reta or cag and it won't be starvemaxxing. you will just feel stuffed and unable to eat more than 1k calories

if youre 100% sure youre done growing then yeah go for it. but run a clean cut and work out, 1k calories isnt starving but its still a bit extreme. just cut normally and pin reta its cheap if you can source it correctly. you'll feel 1000000000x better and not lose muscle mass and instead gain it.

You`re most likely done growing by now, you will be safe.

Even at 800-1000 calories a day.
