Planning on doing one meal a day diet for a prolonged period of time. Maybe like 800-1000 cals a day. Possibly for a month or more. Im likely around 20+% bf and done growing (height wise). Been eating very clean, I get lots of protein. Mainly concerned with issues in bone density, affecting work outs, and facial bone development. Not gonna do reta or any other pharmaceuticals.
