Hey guys, I’ve heard that there is a procedure you can have done to widen your shoulders and I’m wondering if anyone has personal before and afters along with sides post op. Thanks!

Is that better and safer than clavicle lengthening by distraction osteogenesis?

It may be less safe, but is certainly faster for results due to the bone grafts

sagittal osteotomy for shoulder width is some wild shit tbh. distraction osteogenesis for clavicle lengthening is prolly less risky but still a huge gamble. ur htn if ur even considering this for shoulder width imo.
