Which one is more effective for acne and whiteheads?

I currently use a salicylic acid cleanser too

Apparently benzoyl peroxide is better for inflammed acne?

you can do both just so you know

i.e. BHA peel, wait 4-5 days then use benzoyl peroxide and switch back and forth every few weeks, i feel like it would make more sense to do it uniformally over your whole face though

i just had a full face one done on thursday by a clinic, ill let you know about the end result in 2-3 days because that's how long it takes but honestly it's a bit underwhelming after the first day when all that happened was my skin was mildly irritated

i'm probably going to have a more intense spicule peel next month, but we'll see how it goes

How much did it cost you?

Would rather use The Ordinary chemical peel 1 time per week; its less than 15$ for a bottle of it

I live in Poland so if converted to USD it was about $100 but that's including all the moisturizing masks, soothing creams and so on they put on afterward in succesion, but you can definitely do it DIY. In fact there's a guide for it somewhere, the most important thing to remember though is to be super hygienic and careful after doing them because I'm not sure if the one did I was specifically harsher than a standard DIY peel but I have really sensitive skin right now (especially to the sun) so if I were to dunk my face in contaminants right now I would probably have horrible scars from the insane breakout afterward since I have zero skin barrier due to prior use of topical retinoids.
