Firstly every single surgeon in Pakistan can’t be shit, there has to be a couple at the top of the chain which are really good at what they’re doing. Also he was not poor, there’s threads of him talking about how his family has enough money to the point where he hasn’t worked a day in his life (and he was in his mid 20s then)

Also Salludon himself stated surgeons in Pakistan aren’t shit, he even reccomended everyone here to get surgery from Pakistan because he found clinics near him which are really cheap and also produced good results on people he talked with.

ive come to the conclusion that he is likely natural. he just has good genetics tbh. he frauds a lot by terra squinting, if you have seen his infra orbitals you would know, they are trash and his eyes are extremely protuding. if he was to get jaw implants, he could have gotten infra implants too. his ascension is likely natty, his eye area base was extremely good. i had a similar eye area in terms of uee, and now i have hooded eyes too naturally.
