why does he have Push 1 and Push 2 can we just use the same push routine through the week? Also I have been going to gym for the past two months and honestly I dont have like a proper written routine I just follow a PPL split 6 days a week and do the exercises I feel like doing like on push day I will sometimes do Flat bb benchpress somedays Incline or db press instead you get what I mean. Is this stupid or should I make a proper workout routine for myself I haven’t done that yet because I am too lazy for it also not very confident about the routine I will makeDoesn't surprise me. Training volume is the most overrated concept in gymcelling.
As long as you hit every muscle 2x week, train close to failure, and progressively overload, you honestly don't need to be in the gym more than 3-4 days/week.
I would also confidently say that lifting 6x week, and push pull leg routines hinder the vast majority of people's results
