Need to lose weight jfl I'm 152 lbs at 6'. Got 4 out of 6 abs showing atm and my face is bloated as shit
 
this is what i hate the most about low iq nutrition cuck scientists, they always have contradictory advice Salt is Bad we take too much then ololol jk salt is necessary and we're deficient in it, i always need to analyze who publishes the study, his affiliation and if he's a low T "health conscious" almost vegan cuck piece of trash before i take his stemcel "phd" ramblings seriously.

Yes, Fast Food chains and processed food manufacturers - want a complete monopoly on salt supplementation (already accounts for 73% in America). People would consume much less junk (potato chips etc.) if they just got the salt with their ordinary meals.

Tbh don't fear salt but don't add too much.
Balance is key here unless you go full autist and measure everything and test your blood pressure etc. to find the perfect amount of salt and other nutrients.

Well, this thread pertains more to long term health.

But short-term, if you drastically cut salt from a high salt diet, such as the one I propose, and increase potassium - then the potassium will signal the cells to give off water (debloat).

I encourage too experiment with everything, see how you can use this equation to your benefit.
