Alright, list of reasons as to why this video doesn’t prove anything.
- Sample size, 1, enough said.

- Age, the guy went from 16-18, no matter how many times you try to deny it, puberty undoubtedly plays a role in facial development, even at that age. So, how can you be sure it’s not puberty? You can’t.

- Shady ass pictures, in which his head is still slightly tilted, not to mention the fact he conveniently uses “before” pictures in which he has a significant amount of facial hair (which will affect the appearance) and “after” pictures in which he’s clean shaven. There’s undoubtedly also changes in lighting in a lot of the pictures.

- Affecting the appearance of one’s face by procedures such as cosmetic fillers is a rather easy affair, who’s to say he didn’t get those? Now, I’m not claiming he did, but how can you be sure he didn’t? Getting one at his age isn’t impossible, after all.

TLDR: Thread proves nothing except OP’s flawed reasoning.

if you've never bonesmashed it's normal that you don't get how this transformation works, in his youtube video he starts changing only when he starts to bonesmash, maybe getting lean and chewing might have helped a little bit, but 90% of the transformation is bonesmash SWELLING.

now as an experienced bonesmash master autist, the built up swelling usually goes down in around 2 weeks after you stop smashing consistently, but I still haven't been able to figure out if there is some residual swelling/bone growth after you stop. but then again what's the point of stopping if you can maintain your "bones" just by smashing 5-10 minutes a day, that's up to you. just don't hmu when you get crippling brain damage.

In the others I'm 21/22.

Until recently I never knew what Mewing was and I still don't actively do it. I'm surprised so many people believe in this stuff. If I see someone who is 28 started at 25 and has good results. Then maybe it's legit. But people in their teens to early 20s prove nothing tbh.


But I maybe I should post a video on YouTube or Tiktok or whatever and call it a "mewing transformation". Seems to work well lmao

Puberty really makes a lot of things uncertain.
It could be that mewing affected the growth of these bones, but we can't know for sure.
The big problem is that we have no real way to tell, because we can't ever really have a control group, because everyone develops differently.

The only way we could maybe do something like this, is if we had clones, which is of course, theoretically possible, with In-vitro fertilization, but very unethical, so very unlikely that anyone will ever do it.
