This is my first cycle. Here I will be outlining what I’m running week by week; followed by, different supplements and peptides, and future plans/advice. Finally currently progress and pictures.
I will keep posting updates/questions/concerns thoughts on this thread.
Wk 1: Lgd 7.5 mg
Wk 2: 15mgs
Wk 3-6: 22.5-30mg
Wk 7-8th
drop dose I decided on in 1/2
e.g.
30mgs /2 = 15mgs then for the following wk
bridge with both lgd at 7.5mg and Ostarine for 3-4 days then switch completely to ostarine 15mg
Wk 9: 15mgs
Wk 10-11: 30mgs Ostarine
Wk 12-13 taper off to none for 1 wk
Wk -14 pct Enclomiphene 12.5 mgs
Peptides ran through cycle
Hcg: as “test base” dosed
Starting at :
Cjc no dac(mod grf1-29) and Ipa: 250mcg 5 nights on 2 off possibly 100-150mcg 2 times a day.
Bpc-157: 500-1000mcg
Ghk-cu:3-5g
Semax: I have this but I think it sucks however I use a lot of marijuana.
Mt-1 for tan.
Miscellaneous:
Cardio:
Vitamins/supplement:
Antihistamine:
Future:
Cardarine- fix hdl/ldl cholesterol. Fixes blood glucose.
Take 10-20mg
Accutane:20-30mg ED to shrink pores on face mostly nose.
Cialis: ED for longevity
Also after this I plan on running test p 500 a wk, var and HGH (undecided doses) when I move out of my parents place in hopefully a year but we’ll see.
Lmk what else I should add or consider for the future
I’m 5’11” I think I’m more around 8-12 percent bodyfat. I will be 20 on the 10th of April. I have gotten up to 178 natty in hs at 16-17yo.

- fasted morning run to lake about 7 minutes. As it warms up I’ll swim but might do cold plugs too. Then another 7 minutes back.
Vitamins/supplement:
- d3/k2 lmk how much I should take every day will probably go into Walmart and throw a bunch in the cart or lmk a good source.
- Going to buy a multivitamin
- I hear that lgd is very expensive for electrolytes specifically potassium. I eat about 1 avocado every morning for breakfast and then have bananas throughout the day. I could eat another avocado a day if I have to or could order it on bulk supplements. Might buy coconut water and take it on my morning run idk.
- Gut fixing glutathione 5mg before food and zinc carnosine.
Antihistamine:
- currently a Kirkland brand may switch. Also some homeopathic histapro thing my mom wants me to take but doesn’t work that well.
Future:
