4 1/2 weeks in up 16 pounds. mainly glycogen prob but still. weeks 4-8 is where im supposed to start putting on a fuck ton of lean muscle. interested to see what happens

hair is shedding a bit but apparently it comes back post cycle, and blood pressure is elevated a bit. those are the only two i’m noticing
