what are things I should know

your face will be swollen from sarpe. your apetite will be suppressed. and even if you would be hungry, you cant eat in the first days from the pain/open wound/blood.

Sarpe won’t expand the cheekbones or nose area so no real midface change. Sarpe would be better option for someone with an already longer midface who wants to avoid vertical drop of the nasion and maxilla by 1 - 3 mm that Marpe gives. If that isn’t an issue then go for marpe/maspe + facemask and get the extra additional cheekbone width
