Saving Up For Bimax

Its justifiable because its not a mistake.

If you are getting ANY other type of surgery: knee surgery, heart surgery, intestinal surgery, the complication/re-operation rate is also about 2-20% depending on the surgery. GUESS WHAT - Insurance pays the surgeon and hospital for the revision because people dont have to work for free! Mind blowing right? :feelsuhh: All the nurses, anesthesiologist, etc aren't coming to work for free. No one is ordering all that equipment and medicines for you for free. Hospital not letting you use their facilities for free. This stuff doesnt just come out of thin air.

When you are signing up for out of pocket plastic surgery YOU are "insuring" YOURSELF.

In manufacturing industry where I work if a product or service is delivered defective the supplier will absolutely have to rectify it for free. At the end of the day it’s a contractual matter.

I guess there’s a distinction here between:
1. Infections, non unions, hardware failures etc…
2. Significant non-agreed deviations from surgical plan
3. Patient dissatisfaction with an agreed surgical plan

Would you ever consider offering an insurance at extra cost for 1 and 2 based on the complication rate of your surgeries then? This would be a better solution for people on minimum wage (this is the inescapable reality for most!) to have to pay 20% extra than to have to save 100% extra up front with a 20% chance of needing it.

thats country based. turkish surgeons dont give a fuck about their patients as they are legally protected by the law. not saying every turkish one is like that, I just heard so many stories about botches and not responding/blocking clients and not giving a fuck. If a ramieri for example fucks you up, u will 100% get an option for revision (he even offered a guy one after a 2mm genio setback)

It’s contractual and it’s still not free, though not as bad as full price again. It’s something everyone should be asking during consultation.

This is unfortunately the safest and only real option hardmaxxers have

It’s why I’ve decided to piecemeal my ascension plan (despite it being more expensive and taking longer overall), and will kick things off with just a genio next year to see how it goes

Ending up stuck with no funds for complication / botch revisions would be hell on earth and I will do everything in my power to avoid that scenario

Perhaps I’m being too risk adverse but it feels like the right call to me

Especially for those who are relying on loans or credit to be able to afford the surgery in the first place.

Do look into these things if you haven’t already, the interest on a loan is less than the brutal year on year inflation of surgery right now so overall you will save your prime and your money.

Surgery cant be compared to the sale of inanimate objects. It's absurd to think it's comparable at all. The complications aren't technical like in manufacturing they are biological where there is a known risk and you're paying for our efforts. Same as in all of medicine. In all honesty it's closer to gambling. The odds are way more in your favor with surgery but if you get burnt you cant get your money back at the casino no matter how financially ruined you are its no one elses problem.

When is comes to becoming chad, youre paying just for the chance to re roll the dice. Actually becoming model tier after surgery is about a 5% chance with only the best 2 or 3 services in the world (not to brag but Giant is #1) and 0 - 0.2% chance anywhere else. In a few years I would be lucky to get that up to 10%. For the most part, there's a 90% chance you will look better or much better, but not model tier or giga chad, and those are very favorable odds. But the few who get burnt will have to try again (at their expense) or just accept its not in the cards for them, out of those a few will feel sorry for themselves and start a victim narrative and scream it from the roof tops. Oh well.............

As you can see I am very frank and open about it and that probably turns a lot of people away but I dont care.

Has anyone ever spent their last dimes on a Chad transplant but couldn’t afford the complications after

Yes but they weren't life threatening or in need of immediate medical attention we will always handle that. Just various aesthetic problems. So they had to wageslave for another year to get them addressed.

But a situation like you describe is why we try to filter out people with little means. Why I originally commented on this post. I would be reluctant to be involved in anything major or risky on a McDonalds worker. Or 18/19/20 year olds without parental support.

Can a zygomatic implant with infra implants can help with flat midface and bad under eye ?
You should get rhino and a corner lip lift first, then with your new proptions genio and a jaw implant to lower your gonion angle, ontop of that you should get a cheekbone implant to fraud a forward grown maxilla. bimax wouldn't even really ascend you imo
