My front profile is good but my profile is kinda meh, I didn't have much chin projection so I talked about this with a guy on discord. He put me into his bonesmashing routine and I copied it but with a few tweaks, I only bonesmash after my bone doesn't fully hurt.

I looked in the mirror just curious since I was going to record a tiktok, same room, same lightning as always and I saw my chin with much more projection. It is slightly portruding and much better looking than before.

Now I was very inconsistent with bonesmashing, I only did it a few times per month, not even per week, but smashing it hard enough that I had to recover for at least 3-4 days. So yeah some success is always good.

Inb4 inflamation, a whole week has passed since the last time has passed so it can't possibly be inflamation because skin inflamation goes away after a few days, and anyone that has bonesmashed should know this :lul:

Bonesmashing primarily grows scar tissue that looks like bone
Although it doesnt matter since it ascends you
