Fucking idiot. You may decrease your weight but not your bf% by eating some trash food and monsters. Also you will relapse way easier, since your stomache will feel empty. Whole point of eating low calorie foods is to help your stomach feel full so you don't feel urge to snack. If you don't like vegetables then eat some unflavored rice crackers or other low cal foods once in a while to fill stomach and drink tons of water since that makes you lose weight way faster.
