Scaling A Pep Business

Ive been selling peps for a while now and i want to scale it up. I have made probably around 3 grand in 4 months by just selling locally to people i know. But I don’t have the capital yet to purchase a ton of inventory and pay creators to promote. I feel the prices I charge may be too affordable and I could raise them which could help pool more money towards it, but I also feel that could dwindle the customer base. Let me know if you have any tips on scaling, and thoughts on the pricing situation.
