I put it off, but I ended up doing it anyway, like I was saying its inevitable. There is no timeline where you dont take it because It will start getting to you the further the NW goes.

I did get manageable side effects, though, and some bad ones. Libido was lowered by about 30-40%. I rarely woke up with wood. And the undeniable one is gyno sensitivity on any dose, even 0.005% fin. So yeah, not fun.

The safest, I would say, would be a liposomal dutasteride dose 3-4 times a week under 0.05% thats what I use and what I've worked on with a team. Negligible gyno pain, a little higher libido than on fin, but still less than baseline. Blood's dht is down 10% compared to 0.005% fins 35%

just do a topical anti dht, unless you balding really badly you probably dont need a systemic 5ar blocker

go watch that one mpmd video where he goes over that minox + derma study

if you micro needle once a week and apply minox the other 6, you can get better results than 7x a week minox, less drug exposure, way better results

The fact I can barely get hard is the least of my problems. Of course I still take the shit because I’m a nw2 at 18, but it’s definitely a Faustian bargain and there’s a good chance you eventually end up depressed with mantits and a broken dick.

I'll also PM you a pharmacy in Italy that is well known for making a good Liposomal base. You will need a doctor to send them a prescription. I'm sure you can find a doctor who can do that for you, as Im from the USA and was able to manage to get a European doctor to send a presciption. I got finasteride at the time, though.

How's your libido? The first time I took oral fin, I couldn't sleep for two weeks. I sleep like a baby now, but instead of getting dreams every night, I get them like 5 times a year.

But the insomia went away, never came back even after getting off fin and trying it again. No dreams though to this day.
