scars after accutane

i have 3 weeks left of my accutane how and when do i start treating my scars because they are really deep and noticeable please give some advice

if you stretch your skin sideways on your cheeks do they improve? if so you need subcision first then anything else and topical retinoids can help overtime

Try a combination with topical tretinoin, I used just topical and it cleared up the scars on my arms and face

my dermatologist said i should not use sunescreen idk why but my acne was so so bad it was turning purple at one point and accutane fix it but now i am left with this shit as well

I didn't use accutane at all, only tretinoin ointment
