Wouldnt recommend. Scleral show depends on many things and also saddled infras arent done very often, theres also no long term results on what saddled infraorbital implants can cause.Squint
Alternative is getting saddled infraorbital rim implants

Theres not just one solution for scleral show, theres a bunch of procedures and they are usually combined to fix the issue because theres a root cause of why your lower eyelid im assuming is sagging causing the scleral showcanthopexy obviously
squint lower eyelidHow do u fraud or get rid of scelerar show
This is a much better answer than mine but however where I'd disagree is that scleral show is almost always accompanied with the lack of bony undereye support, hence why I said it.Wouldnt recommend. No im saying that saddled infraorbital implants can potentially cause issues long term as it also goes to the lower bony edge of the orbits too. I also dont see why you dont just get a normal infra implant and do LERS/Cantho to fix the lid itself, one thing would be also predicting how the lower eyelid shape would be from the lift provided by the saddle, as what if it isnt enough or if the shape looks odd? I just think fixing the volume issue then fixing the issue of how the lower eyelid is shaped and positioned is smarter. This is a much better answer than mine but however where I'd disagree is that scleral show is almost accompanied with the lack of bony undereye support, hence why I said it.
Good points honestly you've convinced me to research further into this. I have the same issue too and for many years I was under the impression that saddled infras are the backbone to solving this problem. Yep, i got a medical condition from it lol (lagophthalmos), its that bad that my eyes dont shut fully since the eyelids wont meet (lower one is sagging very badly). Pretty brutal shit ngl but ill probably get it fixed this summer or early next year since its urgent.Good points honestly you've convinced me to research further into this.
