3 years of lifting with the school and i feel like im behind.
how do i get a better physique while doing my schools workouts? i have to do them if i want to play football but our lifting program is football focused. i try hard everyday and my bench has only went from 205 to 215. when i go to real gyms it feels much better. so my question is should i lift at school then do a separate one after? i feel like id just fatigue myself and do more bad then good.
