My eyes are always red and dry due to allergies and contacts.

Eye drops and reducing screen time helped quite a bit but still not enough. Any ideas?

Stress can cause redness and dryness as well, yes eye drops will help and wash your eyes with cold water.

Bro I have the same thing, they are always red where in certain office/supermarket lights people ask me if I'm okay or if I'm high lol

It's quite embarrassing and I get it when drunk too

Way I made them to a point where no one comments is I got these brightening eye drops Google them

Again this is only if I'm going out drinking or special occasions coz after a while your eyes will get redder from using them constantly
I think they construct the blood vessels in your eyes

As for a permanent solution I'm not sure as I'm trying to find one too
