The first things that the eye catches in the public are of course HEIGHT and SHOULDERS (size). The face goes only third. And its effect is not as profound as the first too.

Plus the difference between top model faces and normal people's faces is not as insane as difference between e.g. 5'10 and 6'6. It does not make people shiver.
