Seborheic Dermatitis

Im fucking tired of seborheic dermatitis. Why me? This shit is incurable too. Please someone help me, i have it on my cheeks and forehead. Its crazy redness and crazy flakyness, skin texture is also rough and uneven on the affected areas. I tried steroid creams like Advantan and Elocom, also Elidel (not steroid) that my stupid ass dermatologist prescribed to me when it first started (2 years ago), it helps fast but after 3-4 days its all back again. Nothing worked for me, dermatilogists are prescribing the same shit, they only want money. I don't know what to do anymore. Its not only affecting my looks but its also unpleasant, its always itching and sometimes hurts a little bit. If someone has this too, what helped you? I will appreciate any help, please.

MCT oil saved me from seb derm, just apply it on your scalp for 3-4 days then its completely gone

Only downside is that it fucking stinks and make your hair ultra oily, i have to wash my hair twice to get rid of the oiliness

Only buy the oil that has C8 and C10

C12 will make it worse

Yea but it still sticks to my hair making it oily asf

I forgot to wash my hair once with this thing and every single one of my classmate told me that i smell like dead rats

4 days in a row works for me

If you stop applying it then seb derm will come back though. I usually do it for 4 days then just enjoy my healthy scalp for like a few days after then rinse n repeat whn it comes back

Its still skin so i guess it will work, and you also wont have to deal with oily hair
