I mean the good results are from people already looking good, and it didnt do much diff. I dont even know how people think steve rodgers result was so impressive. Hsi before was obv decent. i think if you go there the highest chance of botch will be before you enter the clinic. because you need to know what you need, some ltn darkskin asking for opry hood, taveechai will oblige and it will look like a meme.

Yea uee is a meme, and i mean i have never seen someone get even close to good hooding after. Then even linoobs supra implant or other supra result from giant mog to death

If you got bulging eyes you need orbital decompression. Most people just have recessed infras without bulging. Bugling is a very specific disease

yea ig if you have no proptosis but you still have negative vector. but i think most ppl who have real negative vector (cheek behind cornea) probably got proptosis, and these ppl are not as common.

i think most normie men have like neutral vector but really bad fat deposits in tear trough which makes it look negative. usually need fat added not removed.

And yes people have bad fat pads infront of the orbital septum, but if you have bad infras your orbital septum will be saggy snd with time fat will push out from behind the orbital septum. So adding fat is destructive

i mean you will need it at young age if you have proptosis causing retraction (nct and ptosis those are the only issues i can think of which are unrelated to proptosis). depending on technique there is a way to do od that fixes lid by itself without needing lid work which is ideal (vertical component in od).

if you consider requiring od = over then yes over

Just looks bad basically, for some doing fat grafts just makes shit worse. They dont realize what happens with just a little bit of aging and also many does it when they need implants etc instead. Its a cheap relatively safe procedure people do when yhey sre too low inhib for better surgery.

Also fat graft is a procedure you can botch without it being obv, but thats true for any surgery, a too small nose in rhino or dogged bimax is not something many would say is botched. But in reality it is

tbh this doesn't even descend him much. Ofc he's blessed everywhere else which makes the eyes look better but still. I think lack of fat in tear trough region is less of a falio than most people think.
