The force of strong muscles cause it to grow, hence it is what anthropologists use to determine sex if they can't do that from the brow. If the area that the tendons connect to is larger then the muscle can grow bigger without strangling you in the first place. I already got my Bimax covered by insurance, undergoing through it next year, didn't even have to fraud the sleep study i have brutal hypoxia, every morning i wake up with a really painful headache that lasts for like 40 minutes, great way to start the day

Liam, I’m attaching the message I just received from Dr. Ramieri. The Italian company has confirmed that 5:00 PM Italy time today is the latest deadline to keep my July 10 surgery on schedule. Dr. Ramieri has been trying to reach you repeatedly, and I’ve also tried Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and Looksmax.

Can you please tell me exactly where things stand? Have the files been completed and sent? If not, what still needs to be done, and is there any way to get everything to Dr. Ramieri before today’s deadline? I just need a clear update so I know what to expect.

As it happens Liam did get the design delivered (past the deadline) and the surgery is still going ahead it seems. But as a patient I'd then worry he did the design as a rush job and didn't put the time and care into it each individual case deserves.

Yeah my surgeon is blackpilled, really takes into account aesthetics, he has been numerous times with Raffaini, Coceancig and some other big names hosting events dedicated to developing and innovating in MaxFac surgery

I will try to convince him to give me a Kufners Osteotomy because my upper maxilla is very deficient in bone and my whole midface looks hypoplastic, but regardless on if he accepts my request, he has shown me patients he operate on and had very aesthetically pleasing results

Yeah i am ugly, i consider my fully relaxed face (no jutting or frauding) to be a 3.8/10, though when i do jut my face changes a lot so i can survive off scraps and slay a ltb/mtb in the night club from time to time, sex without mutual desire is ass, and i recently promised myself to not involve myself with anyone on a romantic/sexual level until i reach an echelon of attractiveness deserving of actual worship. I believe that my failos + base make me a very good candidate for surgery, though you know how it is, most of the times we over exaggerate the reach it can have and make unrealistic expectations, id be very happy if after everything i end up being a 6/10 facially, from there id find a niche like growing out my hair or whatever, ill evaluate in the moment

i’m starting to think it’s beyond just him on vacation or him fucking around, he has real problems, he probably has ADHD since he just doesn’t give a fuck about deadlines or reaching out to people, maybe some adderall will get him in check, @RealSurgerymax consider getting adderall or vyvanse if the reason your doing this shit is because your lazy or don’t want to
