A steel pen is all you need to protect yourself, jugular/inner upper arm/inner upper leg and all the blood gushes out in seconds... If wanting something a little bit safer then get a small screwdriver: if it's smaller than 4 inches not counting the handle then the police won't create any problems.

Yes,its really suprise effect on opponent because you can carry it in pocket without them knowing and it hurts as hell and it can even break bones(i used it few times on people and i felt it couple of times)
