You can be an incel and not a truecel. The defintion for an incel is pretty broad but truecel is much more narrow. My idea of a truecel is someone visibly ugly that would stand out in a crowd. And on top of that further truecels have some falio trait that cannot be solved through any easy or straight forward means.

It could be one extreme thing like being 5'2 or a combintion of many falios like bald recession or the result of some condition. An incel is simply a man who under the current Western Standards cannot get laid or attain a meaningful relationship. An incel can in many cases without autism still get male friends and will be treated with basic respect if they take care of themselves. Incels have a few major falios many of which can be fixed with effort but not enough falios that they will be noticeable ugly.

Either they look genuinely ugly to most people or they have an extreme condition that results in physical deformity deformities bad enough that it will effect employment and basic interactions at a gas station.

An incel is a pretty broad camp 30% of men fall into it. Basically anyone sub 5 or anyone who is average in attractiveness but with mental illness can be one. But these men are still not going to be treated like dog shit by randos and if they are not autistic they could have male friends. Incels can still easily have jobs and on the outside be seen as normal. Truecels are the bottom 1-5% of society

I think the last guy in your example of truecels should be discounted. He's handicapped unlike those other two individuals. I always exclude handicapped people from PSL because they fall outside the fold due to their disabilities. And the last guy in your list of incels doesn't look bad, he's just fat. If he lost weight, shaved off his beard he'd be a weak HTN considering his good eye area. My two cents.

Precisely. Deformed/handicapped people shouldn’t be rated as it’s not fair to rate them due to their condition (it’s ok to rate if they’re slightly deformed).

Sure, I'll list. In no particular order of importance.

1. I have OCD, the germophobic kind. The surgical instruments that were used on me will always be considered unclean in my mind, no matter how many times it's cleaned properly.

2. I've seen rhinoplasty videos and they're nasty AF, the way they cut open your face and push the skin over your face, it's nightmare fuel. I know I won't be conscious while that takes place, but having seen it, I'd refuse to do it.

3. Money could be spent in a better fashion. I currently don't have the funds but by the end of the year, I would. I would find it rather selfish to use the money on me like that while there's better use for it.

4. I would become bitter if women treated me better as a result of me looking better. I don't want to be like that.

5. I'm already too old for it. I'm nearing my 30s. I should've done it before, when it mattered.

6. I don't care about it enough to change it. Yes, I've complained about it many times but at the same time, I don't care that it looks awful. Mostly because I know it's not my genetics that caused this but my environment.

7. If I fix this one failo, I get two in return -- I'll become as a philtrumcel and my upper lip becomes thinner which takes away from the one thing I've been complimented on by both boys and girls (online).
