Thinking of getting a side profile xray and sending it to a bunch of surgeons on ig or via email to see what they say. Ofc i'm not expecting any detailed responses, just wondering if they'll say if i'm a good candidate for bimax, genio or sth else and then i'd schedule a proper consultation. Would this work or would they ignore me?

Depends on who, most plastic suregon you need to pay fees for consultation,

Thanks, yeah i meant for bimax, just trying to get a yes or no and if they say yes i'd pay for a full consult, get measurements and other details
